In October 2007 The Commission for Equality and Human Rights will take over the responsibilities of the Equal Opportunities Commission, Disability Rights Commission and The Commission for Racial Equality, taking up additional responsibility for equality based on age, religion and belief, human rights and sexual orientation. During this period of transition the CEHR needs to ensure a vital flow of information amongst key stakeholders and interested audiences.

Working with the CEHR's appointed graphic designer, YellowHawk implemented a secure site with separate areas for public and internal members. The site includes:
The CEHR takes on a broad responsibility to promote equality for all. This placed accessibility as a key requirement for the web-site. Accessible web-site design has always been a focus for YellowHawk and the tools that we produce, this challenge gave us the opportunity to further refine and enhance our product and skills in this area.
The CEHR transitional site launched in March 2006 and traffic has grown rapidly to in excess of 60,000 pages a month.
