Applications Web Logs (Blogs)

Web logs, or 'blogs' as they have become known can be a useful technique for encouraging the informal sharing of ideals.

Blogs are particularly useful where a primary aim of the site is to get people working together, sharing ideas and getting to know one another.

Blogs operate in a similar way to discussion forums. The author writes a new web-log entry and other members are encourage to read and comment.
