YellowHawk Quality Management Statement

YellowHawk are committed to providing quality solutions for our clients and to growing a sustainable business for all our stakeholders. Our business is guided by the eight Quality Management Principles, defined by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) and by their application YellowHawk will produce benefits for our customers, owners, people, suppliers and society at large.

Our specific objectives with respect to our business are:

    Our success depends on the success of our customers. We aim to work as an active partner with our customers, going the extra mile to understand their business and their business requirements.
  • Our suppliers
    We understand that our success depends on good relationships with our suppliers. We will treat our suppliers with respect and fairness at all times.
  • Our employees
    Our employees are a valuable resource upon which the long term growth and sustainability of our business depend. We will ensure that our quality ethos is understood by all employees and that all are encouraged to contributed to the continued improvement of our business

In all of our business relationships we will strive to be open and helpful, for the general benefit of all.

The ISO Quality Management Principles, that drive our quality are summarised below and are more fully described on the ISO web-site.

Principle 1 - Customer-Focused Organization

We depend on our customers for our own success and therefore strive to understand both current and future customer needs, meet customer requirements, and strive to exceed our customer expectations.

Principle 2 - Leadership

Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of organization. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the organization's objectives.

Principle 3 - Involvement of People

People at all levels are the essence of our organization and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used for the organization's benefit.

Principle 4 - Process Approach

A desired result is achieved more efficiently when related resources and activities are managed as a process.

Principle 5 - System Approach to Management

Identifying, understanding, and managing a system of interrelated processes for a given objective improves the organization's effectiveness and efficiency.

Principle 6 - Continual Improvement

Continual improvement should be a permanent objective of the organization. YellowHawk will continually evaluate the work we do, striving to learn from both our successes and from any mistakes.

Principle 7 - Factual Approach to Decision Making

Effective decisions and actions are based on the analysis of data and information.

Principle 8 - Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships

An organization and its suppliers are independent, and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability to create value.
